Some changes to gain experience in the Drakis Tower event zone, now you can receive experience from NPCs using the Lua script, but you will not level up in this zone, your experience will remain at 100% if it is, and will not go beyond that, only when you leave the zone and kill a monster you will level up
Added a new column in K_NPCPOS so you can have control over NPCs that only appear to users with certain active quests
